Welcome

I am a young midwestern woman and have two boys under he age of 6 and a husband I've been married to for 6 years.  From the year I started dating him, 1999 until now, I have slowly put on more and more weight..... I went from 189 to 139 in Freshman year of college.  Then I slowly went from 139 all the way to my highest of 239.  I recently lost 13 lbs and am at 226 but it is a TRUE struggle between emotional eating, taking care of my kids and dealing with depression for the past 3 years. I am hoping to learn more and get some advice from others on this site.
