Ok here it is.... ******************** 6am *A Zone Bar* w/Multi Vitamin & Omega 3 8am *2 Eggs, Blue Berries, Cashews, & Oatmeal 10am *Yogurt (Fage) and 3 Almonds 12pm or 1pm *Tuna, Asparagus, 1 Egg, an Apple w/ Peanut Butter 3pm *Apple Sauce, 1oz Cheese Stick, and 3 Cashews 5:30pm - 7pm *CROSSFIT* 8pm *Spaghetti Squash, Chicken, Tomato Sauce, 18 Peanuts 10pm * BED I started Monday the 5th and as of today (the 6th) I'm feeling great! No headaches and I'm not hungry! | |

Today is Thursday January 8th, 2009 and I'm still doing good on the zone! But had a little hick up yesterday... Blog coming tomorrow ((hugs)) | |

Man alive I need to post those BLOGS! Anyways...
