WOD was 3 Rounds of.... -------------------------------------------------------- Deadlift 1.5 x your weight... x 10 Double Unders x 10 Ball Slam x 20 Handstand PushUp x 10 ------------------------------------ If you look at the times.... I finished 1st.... But let me explain! --------------------------------- I was thinking for the Deadlifts 1.5 was 95 lbs. but it should have been 250 lbs... My Bad! and then Handstand Pushups... I can't do them so I did a Handstand and came down after 10 sec... So I cheated myself this workout! -------------------------------------------------------- Afterwards Ryan told me I was lifting to lite and then give me some pointers for the H.S.P.U.!! -------------------------------------------------------- K - Til next time! --------------------------------------------------------

I dont think you cheated yourself on that one. Your still learning the systems and how things work, you learn and you go on from it. Everytime I work with Zac there are situations that I think I might of cheated myself and he crawls all over me like white on rice because you have to remember you may not know... But thats what you are there for. I am going to shoot myself for saying that | |
