Every SUNDAY I make my meals for the week!

I eat pretty much the same thing every day with Sunday being my High Calorie Day!

Oatmeal and One Whole Egg

Yougart (fage)

Chicken, bwn rice, asarapges, corn and coke zero

Peanuts, string chesse (W.W.)

Tuna
