Over the pass few days I've gotten some emails asking me "What the heck do I eat"
So I decided to post a Blog...
I've been doing the Zone now just over 70 days...
Yep 70 Days and I've been eatting the same thing since day One!!!
Yeah I know I'm werid ![]()
Anyways...
I hope this help you in some way!

2nd You'll need to know how many Blocks you'll need for the day!
I eat 11 Blocks of Protein, Carbs, and Fat...

MEAL ONE
A Zone Bar w/ a Multivitamin, 2 Omega 3's, and 1 Joint Health

MEAL TWO
2 Eggs, Oatmeal, Blue Berries, and Nuts (sunflower seeds or cashews)



MEAL THREE
Yogurt and Nuts (sunflower or almonds)

MEAL FOUR
Tuna Fish, 1 Egg, Aasparagus, Peanut Butter, and 1 whole Apple (not pictured)



MEAL FIVE
Apple Sauce, String Cheese, and Nuts (Almonds or Cashews)

MEAL SIX
Spaghetti Squash, Ground Turkey, Tomatoes Sauce, 18 Peanuts (not pictured) and 1 Joint Health



This is 6 Days packed and ready to go!
I do this EVERY SUNDAY!!!
Call me OCD but it's helping me Remove My Fat Suit!!!
One thing I always say to myself is this is not FOREVER!
Once I hit my Goal I'll be able to eat like Normal people do but until then I'll be OCD ![]()

I would make 2 suggestions. Cut those Zone Perfect bars and use some real food. Also get some pharm. grade fish oil.
Good job and keep up the good work. I'm going to listen to CFR now.
