Shout out to CrossFit Outer Banks!

As most of you guys know I went to Nags Head this weekend and to my surprise we passed a CROSSFIT GYM along the way... WOW what a Great place and it was HUGE!!! If you're ever in NC you should def check out CrossFit Outer Banks!!!


Big Shout Out to Jeremy for being SO FRIENDLY and for showing me his awesome Squat Clean =D Next time I'm out that way I'll def stop in for a WOD!!!
