That's what the scale read this AM. I will take an offical "start" picture in the morning! I've decided to do the Cinch plan because it's a lot like the Zone as in the same types of food, but from the looks of it, it will be easier because she plans all the meals and you just pick which one you would like =)


The first part is a 5 Days "Fast Forward" eatting only 5 things

(eggs, spinach, raspberries, almonds, and yogurt)


I'll check back in Sunday to let you know how it goes and how the next part will go

You can totally do this!!! Yay for you! My husband and i went Vegan ( no meat/dairy) the beginning of April. Without even exercising.....my husband has lost quite a bit of weight. I finally lost my pooch in my belly!!!! Looking forward to watching you on your journey!!!! Good luck, Gayle!

Just wanted to touch base with you real quick. Sadly things are still the same. The scale is still reading 242.0 =/ but I do plan to change this soon! How are you?
