That's what the scale read this AM. I will take an offical "start" picture in the morning! I've decided to do the Cinch plan because it's a lot like the Zone as in the same types of food, but from the looks of it, it will be easier because she plans all the meals and you just pick which one you would like
The first part is a 5 Days "Fast Forward" eatting only 5 things
(eggs, spinach, raspberries, almonds, and yogurt)
I'll check back in Sunday to let you know how it goes and how the next part will go
