Oh how I've missed you guys! Sorry I've been gone for so long, I've been trying to adjust to being a NEW Mommy and I started a business too! So it's been VERY HARD to find any time to blog, but I'm going to DO MY BEST and keep you all updates as I try to REMOVE my FAT SUIT once again! This time I hope you'll join me!!!

MEAL ONE

ZONE BAR


MEAL TWO

2 – Eggs

½ Cup - Blue Berries

3 – Cashews

1/3 Cup Oatmeal


MEAL THREE

1/2 Cup - Greek Yogurt

3 – Cashews


MEAL FOUR

1 oz Chicken

12 – Asparagus

½ spoon Peanut Butter

½ Apple

1 Egg


MEAL FIVE

Apple Sauce

String Cheese

3 Almonds


MEAL SIX

Spaghetti Squash

Ground Turkey

Tomatoes Sauce

18 Peanuts

5oz Canned Tuna

Light Mayo

1 Slice Bread

3 Kiwi
