Welcome

We started the class getting to know everyone while the mister's went to the gym to get our "birthing ball's" then we learned different ways to open our pelvis. We learned different ways to use the birthing ball as well as the "table" position which I like against the ball best because of my hands!!!

We learned about the mucus plug coming out, and about our water breaking. We also learned about what we should pack in our "labor" bag & what to pack in our "post labor" bag.

I had so much FUN in this class I actually had a DREAM I went into LABOR!!!

It was so AWESOME & FUNNY...

It started we were all living at my Dads house... I went to the bathroom and noticed my mucus plug had came out... I told my dad I would be having Brianna soon (the mister was sleeping) the next thing I knew Brianna was OUT along with everything else... She started crying and I grab her and started SKIN to SKIN... Checked all her finger's & toe's and noticed she had FROG LEG'S (I guess because every ultrasound we only see one leg) I covered them up quick before I woke the mister... We then went to the hospital and waited 3 hours!!! While waiting I noticed she had TEETH but they were dentures LOL then I woke up

I know CRAZY but it was funny and made me feel a little less nervous about giving birth
