				<description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;font size="7"&gt;242.0&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;That's what the scale read this AM. I will take an offical "start" picture in the morning! 				<title>REALITY ---- FOOD ---- DEPRESSED?</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;QUESTION --- Have you joined a gym because in your headed you were ready, but after a month you stop going? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Why is that you ask?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ANSWER --- I&amp;#8217;m depressed, and I&amp;#8217;m having a hard time excepting that as an answer. So I keep turning to FOOD and lots of it! I got on the scale for the 1st time in a few weeks and I&amp;#8217;m up to 220 again! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What&amp;#8217;s going on? Why can&amp;#8217;t I just commit to the plan? Why am I allowing myself to feel this PAIN again? WHY???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sorry &amp;#8211; this is what&amp;#8217;s been going through my head the past few days. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have PAIN &amp;#8211; DEEP PAIN INSIDE &amp;#8211; and I&amp;#8217;m having a VERY HARD time letting it go!!! It started back in January, we joined a CrossFit gym (cost $150 per mth) and we started a Zone Food Plan (cost $250 a week) --- 3 Weeks in, and REALITY HITS --- we&amp;#8217;re losing weight, but the cost of the healthier food has/is causing MONEY STRESS in our relationship (mainly in my head, because I deal with all the money) which then causes me STRESS and I take it out on him *sad face* --- I just don&amp;#8217;t want to say we need to switch to a less expensive plan &amp;#8211; I&amp;#8217;m scared it won&amp;#8217;t work! (this is my head talking) I&amp;#8217;M SCARED of the UNKNOWN!!!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Then I get SICK --- Yay! an excuse to EAT FOOD, and I have ate more food these past few weeks then I would like to admit! I was sick for a good TWO WEEKS &amp;#8211; but I&amp;#8217;m better now so why and I still putting it off? Why am I scared???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Going a little DEEPER &amp;#8211; If you&amp;#8217;ve followed my story from the beginning (or if you read my story on this website) you&amp;#8217;ll remember me saying something along the lines that my Dad is dying &amp;#8211; well last week he called to let me know that his Kidney&amp;#8217;s are gone! (he&amp;#8217;s waiting to get the vein surgery) &amp;#8211; so what does this mean? This means dealing with the PAIN of LOSING HIM!!! &amp;#8211; I&amp;#8217;m NOT READY to say goodbye!!! &amp;#8211; I&amp;#8217;ve been so sad these past few days and I know that&amp;#8217;s normal, but I&amp;#8217;m always MAD!!! HURT!!! SCARED!!!! I just want to SCREAM!!!! I just want to SCREAM!!!!! I hope &amp;amp; pray he will be here another 20 years, but he had the family &amp;#8220;get together&amp;#8221; to talk about what &amp;#8220;May Happen&amp;#8221; and that&amp;#8217;s where I&amp;#8217;m having a HARD TIME! I just don&amp;#8217;t want to accept this! I want everything to be NORMAL!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Watching a Kidney DVD --- he had us all watch a DVD about Kidney Failure and scary enough the NUMBER 1 on the list was Diabetes &amp;#8211; NUMBER 2 on the list High Blood Pressure --- So then I ask myself am I next? Gayle do you really want to kill yourself with FOOD? Because the Reality is THAT! FOOD = WEIGHT GAIN which could = DEATH in my shoes&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So now my QUESTION is HOW do I get past this PAIN and STRESS and Start LIVING AGAIN?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is the ANSWER really &amp;#8211; JUST DO IT? &amp;#8211; Is it that easy? If it was don&amp;#8217;t you think I would have done it already? Which brings me back to being SCARED &amp;#8211; I&amp;#8217;m scared that I&amp;#8217;ll get healthy again, and as soon as that happens I&amp;#8217;ll lose him, and then what? THEN WHAT? I&amp;#8217;ll turn to FOOD AGAIN? Any advice???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Why do I give my VOICE inside my head that much POWER??? Why?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I know this is going to take time to adjust and I&amp;#8217;m glad that I wrote this BLOG POST because sometimes it&amp;#8217;s my only escape! (don&amp;#8217;t get me wrong I have The Mister &amp;amp; Family, but they don&amp;#8217;t get me like a few of YOU DO!) 				<description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;How am I feeling?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;NERVOUS &amp;amp; EXCITED&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i201/fittness02/185234.jpg"/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;more picture's posted in GALLERY at the top =)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I'm sure you're asking WHY AM I&amp;#160;NERVOUS!?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Well to be honest I'm nervous about Removing My Fat Suit AGAIN!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Since giving birth to Brianna I haven't been on a good "Food Plan" and yeah I knew I wasn't going to JUMP back into being super healthy but I did think I would be eating better then what I am! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;The wrost part is&amp;#160;NO Diary because I'm Breastfeeding and she has REALLY BAD GAS =( So her doctor told me to cut the diary out.... I also stoped Eggs (what do you think) because they give me gas so I'm sure that means she'll get gas too =(&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Anyways yeah!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I'm NERVOUS!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So my plan is to start THIS SUNDAY (because Friday is payday) with cooking ALL MY MEALS for the WEEK again! To be honest it's the only way it works for me... to have it all ready so I don't have to cook! Not to mention having a baby it's 100% harder to make/cook ANYTHING HEALTHY!!!! HA who am I kidding... It's hard just to get a meal in PERIOD!!!! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I'm not in a big rush to hit the gym yet... I'm just going to start SMALL &amp;amp; then bulid up to where I was before =) ONE DAY AT A TIME! Today is&amp;#160;Six week's&amp;#160;postpartum &amp;amp; I have a mintue to update so I wanted to share my feelings as they are NOW and not a few weeks ago...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I have been meaning to post blogs on the following...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt; My Birth Story&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;Day 3 After Birth.... A friends advise&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;Having the BLUES... Didn't think this would happen to me!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;Daddy's Feeling's (it's hard on both of us)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;The change.... Now it's the THREE OF US!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;Breastfeeding.... Some Advice that has helped ME&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;--&amp;gt;Friends &amp;amp; Your REAL Friends!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So there's the LIST please hold me to them! I hope to have them posted within a month from this date... 				<title>Week 37 &amp;quot;Growth Ultrasound&amp;quot;</title>

				<title>Non-Stess Test...</title>

I have to go 2x a week because I'm on meds to control my Blood Perssure &amp;amp; they want to make sure she's getting enough blood =) &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So far she's been doing AMAZING!!! (in 20mins she goes up 6-7 times) They always tell me how healthy &amp;amp; happy she is, which makes me feel amazing!!! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I've been working really hard to help her healthy!!!&lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;Anything's possible with a little hard work!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Week 35 Check-Up... </title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Had the Group B Test done, but won't know the results til (I guess) next week... I also got to ask all my L&amp;amp;D questions, (see the video below for what question's I asked)&amp;#160;and I feel so much better about going into labor now that I have the answers to questions like (waiting for the cord to stop pulsing, GD stuff, &amp;amp; her views on episiotomy). &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;She said Brianna looks good as well as my Blood Sugar &amp;amp; Blood Pressure (thank goodness!!). But because I take meds to control my BP I now have to do Non-Stress Test's TWICE a week, and we're now seeing the doc once a week, as So that's 3x week to the doctor office =D FUN!! not....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;We had our Baby Shower last weekend and we're over whelmed with everything that was giving to us! It's so nice to have family &amp;amp; friends who care!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;(I didn't get to take many pictures but the ones I did get are posted in my Gallery link above)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So this week I'm finishing up her Nursery and washing all her clothes/blankets =D I also started putting things in our hospital bag... (I put a list inside the bag just in case I go into labor&amp;#160;The Mister&amp;#160;knows what&amp;#160;to grab) LOL I love that man!!!! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Well I think thats all for now! Once her room is done (I have to finish painting Eeyore) &amp;amp; everything is put away (from the shower) I'll be ready for her to come =D Yes I know she'll come when she's ready =D&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Week 33 Update (didn't have a chance to post this...)</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Whew what a weeks it's been for us (The Mister&amp;#160;&amp;amp; myself)! On Wedensday last week we had our "Week 33 check-up" and everything went great, Brianna is now or was 4lbs 13oz and she appears to look very healthy (she's also head down)!!! My gestational diabetes seems to be under control with no meds! I'm very happy about that! It was HARD to figure out but I think I have the hang of it. I've been eating what feels like nothing &amp;amp; walking 25mins after every meal (3x a day) and it seems to be working =D &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Friday afternoon on my 2nd walk I noticed a stabbing pain down there (my girl parts) but didn't think much of it and finished my walk. When I got home a few hours later the stabbing just didn't feel right so I called the doctor (nurse) she said take it easy &amp;amp; if it gets worse come in to L&amp;amp;D... That whole night was NOT FUN! but I waited it out until the next morning and decided it's better to be safe then sorry so we went to L&amp;amp;D Saturday morning to get checked out. The good news is every thing's fine it's just the way my body is preparing for the BIG DAY! The doctor said that because I'm walking all the time Brianna is just really low and putting pressure on my pelvis/girlie part... I'm becoming a MOMMY!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Luckily we got out of L&amp;amp;D with enough time to take our "Comfort Class" which I believed REALLY HELPED with my pain the next day because I seem to feel a lot better after learning all the ways to open my pelvis, plus she gave&amp;#160;The Mister&amp;#160;a lot of awesome tips on how he can help with my pain. My 2 favorite are the Towel around my butt,&amp;#160;where The Mister&amp;#160;holds most of my weight while moving me side to side &amp;amp; the wall sit where&amp;#160;The Mister&amp;#160;holds my belly up so it's taking pressure off my pelvis. I'm SO GLAD we made it to class! Not to mention having Jacqueline is always an A++ =D&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Well I believe that's all for week 33... This week (tomorrow &amp;amp; Friday) we meet with *finger's crossed* Briannas doctor, and next week I'll have my "Week 35 check up" which they'll do the Group B Strep test *finger's crossed* that will come back ok! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I lay on my left side like they say to, well that is until my hip goes numb then I switch to the right till that side goes numb... and this is my night =D&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I ask if I'm squashing her because I always feel her move like crazy when I lay on either side... (2/17/2010)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Met with the GD Dietitian to review my Blood Sugar level's...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Some days were good &amp; some days weren't but the weird thing is I ate the SAME thing each day &amp; walked 20-30mins after each meal, but I wasn't walking after dinner which was where I was getting a HIGH reading...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Here are a few readings...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;DAY 13: &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;95,&lt;/font&gt; 98, &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;131,&lt;/font&gt; 87&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;DAY 14: 76, &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;142, 131, 140&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;DAY 15: 80, 114, 117, 109&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;TODAY: 83, 105, 94, ?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;RED &lt;/font&gt;is bad! Here's what they want the reading to be... &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;1st thing in the AM (Fasting) 60-90&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;1hr after Breakfast &lt;120&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;1hr after Lunch &lt;120&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;1hr after Dinner &lt;120&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So she said "you have a few HIGH Readings that I don't like. Let's go one more week and see if you can control it without meds, but we may have to put you on meds to help control your dinner reading." I was SUPER UPSET meaning I cried... but I know they aren't going to mis-lead me! So if I can't control my BS then YES I'll have to go on meds... &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Fast forward to Monday (2/22/2010)...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;My readings were CRAZY and I was feeling HOPELESS! So I called her just like she said &amp; left a message. After doing that I got online and researched GD Meds... The stuff I read was NOT good in my book! Plus I want to avoid meds at all cost!!! I googled Glyburide, Precosse, &amp; Glucophage. Then the GD lady called me back and asked for my readings... then she said ok I'm going to call in a RX for you for Glyburide. I was like NO THANK YOU!!! She said WHY &amp; I said I read stuff about that med &amp; I didn't like what I read. She said ok let?s try a not so strong med then (Glucophage). I agreed and now have a whole bottle of meds I'm scared to touch!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Back to my appt (2/17/2010)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;My Doctor came in and scanned my belly =D Brianna was head down =D then we talked a little about GD &amp; how I may need to go on meds... Then she talked about my Blood Pressure which is still HIGH (141/91) but she hasn't upped my dose yet although she said she may at my next appt... She also said I may develop preeclampsia so I need to be on the lookout for swelling of the hands and face among other things. Then she said she wants to give me Non-Stress Test starting around Week 34 but she'll decide on that at my next appt (Week 33).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So that about it for our Week 31 appt...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;How am I feeling TODAY?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I say today because each day is different... For the most part I feel FINE! Just confused on how crazy our bodies are!!! I mean look at this... I always wake-up at 9am. Well if I decide to sleep in til 10am my Blood Sugar will be over the limit, if I decide to walk longer then 30mins my BS will go up, if I don't walk at all my BS will stay high, if I miss a meal my body will make it own BS causing my BS reading to be &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;BAD&lt;/font&gt;. It hard BUT I'm doing my BEST to NOT TAKE ANY OF THE PILLS I HAVE SITTING IN THE KICHEN!!! So far so good! ps... I only have 8 more weeks to go!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;In a way&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; I'm grateful to have a chance to see what it's like to live with diabetes, but in NO WAY do I wish this on ANYONE!!! and tell me this WHY don't restaurant have menu's for people living with diabetes? Don't you think if they did it won't be as hard to control it??? 				<title>Venting... Gestational Diabetes</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I'm beyond HUNGRY &amp;amp; I feel so alone!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;You see today is DAY 5 of my GD diet... Some days are good, but hard due to being hungry &amp;amp; other days I just can't seem to get it right... Remember I'm only on day 5, and I want to believe it will get easier but not having a job &amp;amp; having to eat 6 times a day is HARD!!! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;So today I had to wake up early for the misters BDay... Long story short I knew my reading would be high (81) ate my normal BF and my reading was (136) then I ate 2x my snack because I was so hungry then Lunch came around... Again I'm HUNGRY... I had some rice cakes (mini's) and a salad w/chicken... I look at the mister and noticed he was asleep so I got a bag of Peanut M&amp;amp;M's.... I know this is going to be bad so I log online (the bump)to see if maybe JUST maybe someone else is going through this too. HUNGRY ALL THE TIME...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve been on a diet... lost 75 pounds but this is nothing like that! Diets are normally hard the 1st few days then they get easier, but this is HARD! Ok I'm sure you get my point &amp;amp; I hope you feel my pain!!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Here's where I'm lost... I also have High Blood Pressure been on meds since age 23.... I know nothing about the effects GD has on Brianna, I mean I know they say you can have a LARGE baby but what happens when the readings are over 120?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Here are my readings....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Day One: 82, 129, 132, 154&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Day Two: 72, 112, 107, 130&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Day Three: 93, 129, 125, 154&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Day Four: 76, 147, 98, 103&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Day Five: 81, 136, 142 (after lunch/m&amp;amp;m's)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I noticed the KEY is eat &amp;amp; walk or do something (busy work) but at dinner I usually don't eat on the plan because of lack of food... but the mister got paid yesterday so I hope this next week will get better!!! I mean DO I NEED TO CALL THE DOC? I don't want to go on meds! If I do go on meds how will they help?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR READING MY LONG POST!!!
