I'm beyond HUNGRY & I feel so alone!!!

Just starting the post I have to say that I'm not at all happy I'm having to write this!!! I had just had a LONG talk with the mister about how I was ready to go back on a Pregnancy Zone friendly food plan, and then the phone rings.... It's the doctor letting me know my 1hr GD test came back high (140) and I'll now need to take the 3hr test BUT I have to follow a 3 day diet before I can come in to take it...
